The Detail

• ScreenVision Media needed a new team, with a fresh take, to manage their upfront presentation live event.

The Achievements

• 4 successful live events of over a thousand attendees each, with many top-level executive presenters.
• Week long rehearsals prior to the event, where I communicated edits to the team in real-time and conducted presentation coaching.
• Met tight deadlines without compromising quality, achieved by obtaining accurate estimates from my team.
• Successfully navigated pre-existing tense relationships between many stakeholders from different vendors, each with their own agendas, by utilizing my PM ‘EQ’ skills to navigate people’s egos.
• Successfully kept weekly meetings on topic by distributing a detailed agenda in advance, actively managing discussion points and redirecting off-topic conversations.
• Secured ScreenVision’s business for 4 consecutive years.
